LSU FALL FOOTBALL PRACTICE DAY FOURTEEN: 8-15-2025

   BATON ROUGE, LA - With only 15 days remaining until the 2025 football season kicks off, LSU hit the practice field on Friday morning as they continue to prepare for Clemson. 

   Brian Kelly stated that after a very physical practice on Thursday, the team had a lighter day on Friday morning. Today's the team worked more on the mental and focusing part of the game as they stayed indoors and had a light type of practice without pads. 

   Garrett Nussmeier had a light day as Micahel Van Buren Jr. took a lot of snaps with the first unit and made some nice throws. 

   Brian Kelly mentioned that Chris Hilton and Jardin Gilbert were absent from practice today due to graduation. Congratulations to them both. 

   The Tigers will hold a closed scrimmage tomorrow evening in Tiger Stadium before having a recovery day on Sunday.
