SPRING FOOTBALL CAMP DAY FIVE; PLAYERS PRESS CONFERENCE: 4/2/2026

​   BATON ROUGE, LA - The Tigers returned to the practice field on Thursday morning. The media once again was allowed to view positional drills as the team continues to work on speed, agility and technique. 


   This could be the best quarterback situation LSU has had in a very long time. All three QBs are obviously very talented and Sam Leavitt seems  to be ahead of his recovery from his foot surgery. 


   Kevin Smith is fantastic working with the running backs. He coaches them up with a lot of passion. 

   The wide receiver position is loaded. These guys are making great grabs and the position is very deep. They will be dangerous weapons in Lane Kiffin's system. 

   The starting offensive line has been: LT - Jordon Seaton,  LG - Devin Harper,  C - Braelin Moore,  RG - Aliou Bah,  RG - Weston Davis

   Big Richard Anderson is looking like the real deal and should get a lot of playing time as a true freshman. 

   Arkansas transfer kicker Scott Starzyk has a powerful leg and should be the one who replaces Damon Ramos. 

   LSU has also announced that there will be no Spring Game to end camp. 

   The Bayou Bengals will return to practice on Saturday, April 4. The practice will be closed to the media. 

   After practice, Harlem Berry, PJ Woodland and Princewill Umanmielen met with the media.
