In-house, the crowd of 13,082 (8th largest in school history for gymnastics) witnessed #3 LSU and #9 Missouri square off as the powerhouse programs competed to a 198.000 - 197.175 final, resulting in an LSU victory. Rotation 1: Friday’s meet began with the home squad on vault while the visiting Mizzou Tigers went to the uneven bars. LSU’s vault rotation had a fiery start with four straight 9.9+ scores including one from KJ Johnson performing in her first meet since the season opener due to injury. In rotation two, the Tigers got two big 9.925s from Alexis Jeffrey and Kailin Chio.
