Weil BATON ROUGE, LA - Kim Mulkey begins her second season as the head coach of the LSU Lady Basketball Team and expectations are at an all-time high. Mulkey is coming off the best turnaround by a first year head coach in SEC history, helping her win AP National Coach of the Year. The Tigers went 26-6, finished second in the SEC and hosted first and second round games in the NCAA Tournament. Mulkey as built a roster loaded with some of the best talent in the nation and most expect this team to compete for a trip to the Women's Final Four. KIM, You have been a breathe of fresh air to LSU. Thanks for coming home. We have watched you coach while at Baylor for years. We will be at the A&M game but wish yall had more games here in Texas so we could go in person more. GEAUX TIGERS! Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
