The event was a magnificent success as the sold out crowd was treated to an evening with Jay Johnson, several current players, along with former LSU greats, Ben McDonald and Alex Bregman and of course, Mike the Tiger. LSU is preseason ranked No.1 and expectations have never been higher for this 2023 baseball season. Head Coach Jay Johnson begins his second season in Baton Rouge and he's hit a grand slam with this season's top ranked recruiting class that's oozing with rich outstanding talent. We're only 25 short days away from the season opening three game series against Western Michigan beginning on Friday, February 17.
