BATON ROUGE, LA: Sources have confirmed that on Monday starting left offensive tackle Dare Rosenthal will enter the transfer portal.  It's been reported that Rosenthal has decided to leave the team after violating teams rules.

This is a huge blow to a LSU team looking to bounce back from a 5-5 record in 2020. The offensive line was expected to be the strength of the offense in 2021.  With recent worries about the development of the second line unit, Coach Orgeron released O-Line coach James Cregg and went out to find a upgrade. That he did, as he would hire Brad Davis who is a Louisiana native, who was currently coaching the offensive line at Arkansas.

Rosenthal was a four star defensive line prospect in the Class of 2018 out of Ferriday High School. He moved to the offensive side of the ball during his first year at LSU while taking a redshirt during his freshmen year.   The 6'-7" 327 lbs junior has had a history of off the field problems while at LSU.

The Tigers will now need to fill the void that his departure has opened up on a very good unit. But like Coach O always says... "Next man up!"

LSU has never seen better offensive line talent, and production, including depth than what Ed Orgeron has done since being here. The O hating Oline Karen's have been pathetic in trying to trash our oline every single year to desperately smear Ed Orgeron's tenure because every other false narrative the lodge nellies have made up has exposed these lodge tramps for idiotic fools.

There is more oline talent at LSU right now than at any time in LSU history. Ed Orgeron's got this.

I mean, the trifling Ohaters have absolutely CANCELLED the Joe Moore award of the best Oline in college football claiming it was because of Joe Brady (who, BTW is messing his drawers in Carolina), and Joe Burrow. Well 5 of the draft eligible olinemen, 4 are in the NFL, and 3 are rookie NFL starters, and 2 day one NFL rookie starters, and NONE play for Joe Brady, nor Joe Burrow.
Now, the other 2 starters on the 2019 Joe Moore award winning best offensive line in LSU history Deculus, and Ingram are also future NFL starters.
LSU has never EVER come close to putting out this many NFL Olinemen from one team, and in any comparable era.
Kinda like canceling out the greatest offensive coordinator, and qb coach LSU has ever seen in Steve Ensminger, because Ed Orgeron has flat out embarrassed Les Miles the moment Coach O took over LSU football.

HOLD THAT TIGER!!!!
